Virtual Cloud Advisor is built by IntelliGroup Holdings, a team that has spent decades on the inside of how large organizations run cloud, security and compliance.

Why we started

Large companies get cloud right because they can afford architects, security reviewers, FinOps analysts and consultants on call. Most growing businesses can’t, so they either wait or improvise, and improvising in the cloud is how data gets exposed and budgets get blown.

We wanted to close that gap without lowering the bar. That meant an advisor that understands your business first, recommends only solutions that have been reviewed and certified, and never changes anything without a person signing off.

Jose has spent more than 30 years in IT management, cybersecurity, and governance, risk and compliance, delivering on-premises and cloud solutions. He has worked and consulted for many Fortune 100 companies and supported multinational enterprises around the world.

Analia studied at Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga College of Business, earned her MBA in 2023 and launched her first startup the same year. Trying to use the cloud to grow that business is what led to Virtual Cloud Advisor: a digital advisor that gives companies of any size an affordable, guided way to adopt the cloud.

How we build

Four principles we design every feature against.

People approve, software assists

The advisor proposes and explains. Anything that changes your cloud, your bill or your team’s access is a decision a person makes, and the platform enforces that, not a setting.

Explain the why

Every recommendation comes with its reasoning: which objective it serves, what it costs, and how confident the match is. If you can’t justify it to a budget holder, it shouldn’t be on your list.

No claims we can’t back up

We won’t estimate savings against costs we don’t know, and the advisor won’t call anything “compliant” without grounds. Uncertain numbers are labeled as estimates.

Take only what we need

No stored cloud credentials, no personal or payment data in advisor conversations, and each customer’s data kept apart from every other customer’s.
