Privacy policy

This policy explains how IntelliGroup Holdings, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through virtualcloudadvisor.com (the “site”). The Virtual Cloud Advisor platform itself is covered by a separate agreement presented when you create an account.

What we collect

• Information you give us through the early-access form: your name, work email, company, role, company size, the clouds you use, your timeline and anything you write in the message field.
• Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as standard web server logs. To limit abuse of our forms we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.

The site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and, if you agreed, to contact you about early access.
• To understand which companies are interested, so we can plan who to onboard first.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who can see it

Form submissions are stored on our web hosting provider’s servers and are only accessible to the IntelliGroup Holdings team. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer, in which case the platform agreement applies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
