Frequently asked questions

Do you store our cloud credentials?
No. You create a role in your own account that the platform can assume, and you can revoke it at any time. We verify you own the account before anything is deployed, check it again at the moment of deployment, and never deploy into your management (root) account.
Can the AI change our environment on its own?
No. The advisor can open a screen for you or download a report you could already export. It can’t deploy, approve, delete, change billing or change anyone’s access. Those requests are refused by the platform itself, whatever settings you choose.
Which clouds do you support?
Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. You can compare the estimated cost of a solution on all three before you choose.
Do we need cloud engineers to use it?
No. Choices are made in plain language, and the advisor adjusts how much it explains to your experience level. If you do have engineers, they can review every plan in full before it’s approved.
What will it cost?
Pricing is published and the same for everyone: a 30-day free trial, then Professional at $1,900 a month or Enterprise at $5,900 a month. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
